local sites load fast for me, but international sites are slow like ..

60 ip range is fast : 544 Kbps or 0.5 Mbps (66 kB/s)

with others ip, i cant even completed the test (well no patience to wait actually)

If you're still having difficulty surfing, try using the proxy posted. It's godsend, max speed while surfing

It's been known that streamyx throttle torrent. And my torrent can only reach 10.. what're you complaining about

For the first time since i re-subscribed streamyx 4 months ago, everything is slow atm. Even the usually blazing fast local sites are 'snailing'. Some international sites wont load at all

I tried both 118.xxx and 124.xxx - both are not under proxy from what i understand.. still slow

Suffering massive packet loss

Finally got my favourite ip range - 60.54.x.x

Local sites and international sites load slightly faster.. still short of the usual speed :@
