Anyone experieced extreme Screamyx slowdowns?, Link goes fast then slow down repeatedly

Did anyone write a letter / email to TheStar to highlight this kind of issue (slow internet connection from Streamyx) so that it comes out in newspaper before?

I used VPN to connect to do my office work. It goes extremely slow. The server is located at Phoenix, USA. Do you know why this happens and how to resolve it?
