Anyone experieced extreme Screamyx slowdowns?, Link goes fast then slow down repeatedly

idiot Senior Member 2,675 posts Joined: Dec 2008	Line is *_always_* fast between 5AM - 8AM. It's after 8AM that the line starts crawling !! Even lines to USA crawls.

I think we should set up a web site that records these outages, and then invite everyone we know who has Streamyx to join, and the web site can auto-generate refund request letters on behalf of all of its members for the periods when the service is unusable. Maybe if they are getting thousands of refund requests every week, management will start to pay attention to the fact that the network people are not doing their jobs.
