Does anyone stream radio stations from nearby Asian countries like Thailand, Singapore, HK, Taiwan, S. Korea and Japan?

I can't even get a smooth stream without pauses every few seconds.

What is TMnet doing?We don't have any submarine cable breakdown, no upgrading, or anything.
Are they purposely doing this to protest to the government for considering to award the HSBB project to another party?
Now it can't be because of the surge in internet users because of the Olympics event which ended yesterday?

All this happen without any notice or proper reason.
