I don't think Company Lines are affected if they use the corporate lines. I think...

No, you were right.. it was disconnections which are killing me. Even 60.xx is working fine and fast for me, it just dies every 10-15 minutes. I tried using another modem and same problem. Maybe the signal dies and prompts the modem to reconnect - even the 218.xx addresses, though.

Hopefully Screamyx can sort this out.

I haven't had disconnection yet but like in your previous post I get lost signal every 10-15 minutes. Takes around 50secs to get signal again. This is quite prominent for 2 days even though I already suffered slowdowns since 2 weeks back, maybe TM is splitting up the bandwidth with East Malaysia as they had serious problems since 3 weeks back.

It's been 16 days and things getting worse. I keep getting no signal every 10 minutes.

Old Klang Road.

One thing i suggest when calling the Help Centre is telling them "most of my friends are facing the same problem and if you don't solve the problem soon we will ALL Unsubscribe to your service and go to xxx".

Haven't experience any disconnection whole night. Download speed still abit slow, BT average 10kB compared to 100kB before the problem started. Can't go onto Youtube too.

But at least can see improvements on Road To Recovery...

Apparently the connection is ok. But WTF can't access foreign website and it's so slow.
