Same here. Stupidly slow connection, eventhough I've subscribed to 1mbps. Called Customer Service a while ago and they mutter something about restarting modem and resetting my port. Whatever. No difference.

Now I'm trying to get Customer Service again and I get the ENGAGED tone. How's that possible?

Can't even load their Screamyx website. I surf via via EDGE on my mobile phone also faster and with no problem...

Got thru cust service once. After putting me on queue, the recording voice tells me that they can't attend to me at the moment and cut me off. Something's up with Screamyx.

My non 3G handphone can load up Lowyat faster than Screamyx 1mbps. DiGi > Screamyx.

I can't even get into skype or youtube websites. Also, google.com is darn slow. .my is better.

I wish we have another viable option for internet connection than screamyx.

wassup with the service lar. Advertise as 1mbps. But can't even get half of that 3/4 of the time.

My online gaming friends all laughing at me. In S'pore, they can get 2mbps for sg29.99, i hear.

Screamyx advertise 1mbps is to make promo poster look good only. In actual fact, we're still getting way much less than 512kb.
