Anyone experieced extreme Screamyx slowdowns?, Link goes fast then slow down repeatedly

I am angry angry angry!!! I haven't post here for a while, because the down time for Screamyx is too often, you will hardly get any day that the line is smooth flowing!!! But from yesterday the line is absolutely useless, might as well switch off and go to sleep!!

my line is dead, totally dead. I can't surf without the proxy I got from this forum. The DL rate if you ask me? Can't even connect to peer!!!

I keep getting this pretty strange IP which is slow like sh#t 60.53.XX.XX, no matter how many times I reset the port, it's just won't go away!!!
It's so slow, my dl can't even connect to peers!!! |
