Whole country call and complain to Streamyx, sure phone lines would be engaged.

Anyone experieced extreme Screamyx slowdowns?, Link goes fast then slow down repeatedly

Sent an email to MCMC. Now will await their response. Streamyx email team so inefficient, tired of dealing with them. I complained to them about my poor connection to overseas websites and online games, they reply to me the same troubleshooting steps over and over and assume I'm talking about frequent disconnection.

MCMC called me this morning to get the report number of my complaint to Streamyx. Then in the afternoon I received a called from TM's "Internet Complaints Dept" saying my complaint has been forwarded to tech. dept and the caller will contact me once she receives an update. So will see how it goes, cross fingers
