Its not streamyx, my friends in Singapore also suffers the same thing.
Anyone experieced extreme Screamyx slowdowns?, Link goes fast then slow down repeatedly

The slowdown is because of TMNET implemented a new throttling system for bittorrent. They slow down Youtube long ago but unfortunately, they slow it too much.... making streaming a pain.
