TMNET just suck all their customer money and every year revenue dunno how many billion to the boards, and then they invest to something else and not improve well in their network infrastructure and customer service, and always put more promotions like combo package, i dunno why this kind of company still can survive until now (government support maybe)

Anyone have Jeremy Kung background details? Hope he can make TM more better in terms of service and network infrastructure or just make money to the board?
