*sigh* 219.95 218.208 60.49 60.51 all turtle speed. At moment can't get into 118.100 to test since its usually rare to get late at night.

Damn throttling is happening again. WTF http & etc everything is throttle. Making me really angry. I understand p2p throttling but http and etc WTF. Why are they allowed to do this. Its not like some undersea cable going down or something right...

Yeah speed isn't that great these days... too much unstable speed.
