anyone from TM know what the fak is going on?

Sent an email to MCMC. Now will await their response. Streamyx email team so inefficient, tired of dealing with them. I complained to them about my poor connection to overseas websites and online games, they reply to me the same troubleshooting steps over and over and assume I'm talking about frequent disconnection.

Called them 5 minutes ago abt my dsl light blinking too frequent..

they said klang Valley is still on maintainence.. very fustrated

     

I am going to... I just sent the letter of complait with various screen capture proof to various authorities as well as TM-NET help line as requested by them... And the authorities said give them 2 weeks timeline and see any possitive response from TM-NET;
So only after failure of 2 weeks, I will take further action.

And of course I plan to write to the press. And at the mean while, wish to collect more undeniable proof and satistic for the complaits later. I suggest starting another thread collecting proof where we can compile and sent to TM + press.

I don't get the point here, TMNut doing something, for Peninsular user, most of them getting slow and slow and slow, while in Sabah maintain speed, and undergoing well updated...

Still, I dont like TMNut because it is not fair service, but I'm lucky one...

hi, new in here, just get my streamyx yesterday morning, but at night, it keep disconecting and the modem "link", keep blink slow few times and blink very fast...like it can't get the right signal like that......

wanna ask all sifu here whether is it the problem of my phone line or streamx server problem?

cos it so fxxking irritating...keep disconnect and then it will blink blink 5 minutes like that only i get back my connection.....it keep on about 2 hours like that...then it became stable back...
