The current issues are not with DSLAM, these are gateway issues. I have the number of streamyx uhm, 'techical management?' support?

Anyone here wanna make the call? You need to be technical and understand where the underlying issue is.

And, a lot of you with DC issues, you should check your SNR margin first, theres a thread bout it in broadband tech support forum here.

don't mix issues up. A lot of issues start with bad phone lines, and missing dsl filter.

DC issues usually bad phone lines and DSL filter
poor latency, poor throughput, and poor speeds compared to todays standards.... is cuz of them.

i think dc issues are usually user-end, there are a also cases where its their dslam issue

other than dc issues, the rest are streamyx side

Who see tm manager/employee car, remember to throw vege/eggs at em.

stop writing mails, letters, phoning them., especially calling them. they earn from you calling them.

we need a good and clear slogan also, to voice our message of the change we want.

and throw rotten vege + rotten eggs on their property.

everyone should by now very damn well know that there is no use writing emails and all that and going to tmpoint making complaints.... or anything proper.

they are immune to hate, shame and flame. they just dont care.

im powerless here but, we need a group, a big group, and have people join this group that would voice a common message. we need someone who has the power and the will to gather big number of users together. they must know and hear of us, when they hear XXXX group, they know this is the group that demands this and that certain changes, else the group will continue to do... as legit as possible nuisance. im not really a person of violence, but, when we dont get what we want, and we're forced to use what we don't want, i think its human nature one should turn violent. i do not see any other way, but to leave this country, but for us, poor ones like we, we can only live here, in my so called, harmony of shame.

The setup file for Windows Live Messenger is around 130MB+ in size. Since you are able to finish download it within 12 minutes, I can pretty much say that your connection is not as half bad as what you had imagined.  smile.gif

Normally that should take a few seconds in most modern countries.

like i had said, calling / writing emails is exactly what they want you to do, thats how they earn money.

people should start doing the throw vege/eggs stuff.

Imagine if tmnet had their own forums, with a few sections

1. Announcement / News
-- probably empty
2. Troubleshooting
-- a million topics
3. General
-- a lot of hate messages
