Anyone experieced extreme Screamyx slowdowns?, Link goes fast then slow down repeatedly

from malacca...everything was fine just now when suddenly all my downloads stopped and the internet slowed down..whats going on??

My Streamyx's condition at the moment is bad but luckily my Celcom Broadband is smooth.

from seremban, got 219.95.*, 60.48.*.*, 60.49.*.*, 60. 50.*.*, 60. 51.*.*, 218.111.*.*, 118.100.*.* ALL BAD! why the F i don't get that magic 124? =(
