Artic Cooling Accelero Twin Turbo , currently running at max 100% , doesnt sound like vacum cleaner at all, very torelable noise

boot up with another graphic card ( pci ) and flash your card again

eh, looks like my 4870 card with the cooler slapped on only, sama je....
