What is bulk order?

Actually, what is bulk order?
How can i do that? Should the buyer pay 1st? Or the seller get the product 1st , then when he receive, he will tell the buyer and then the buyer will pay?? or izzit need to pay some kind of deposit 1st?? what if the buyer order and then he dun want the product ? oic... then tat mean the seller take all the risk ?? and if the buyer dun want it, seller cant do anything
