universal shield problem, trouble due to locking a folder ..

First off, I'm helping to post on behalf of a friend who was too "pro" when trying to lock some "stuff". Well he used a programmed called universal shield... that's when he accidently locked his entire programmes folder. So now he can't open any programmes including the universal shield. He likes to think of reformatting as a last resort so he would appreciate any help to avoid reformatting

You ought to question your friendship with him.

He likes to think of reformatting as a last resort so he would appreciate any help to avoid reformatting  interesting. i give u some guide, juz go to system32 folder, then search for a file named US30XP. then delete the file. after that, rebbot ur computer. this time ur Universal Shield already corrupted. then it will return ur locked folder before. don't forget to re-install the software if u wanna lock some other 'private' folder lol
