I've been running my xbox with a couple of 9cm fans pushing air in on the righthand side intake, with the 12v supplied from my pc nearby. I figured fans would probably be more effective getting cool air into the case than trying to suck the hot air out the back, especially with two sets of fans blowing out at different RPM levels.
