im having problem with my iphone 8gb. i cant change my wallpaper. i tried many ways already, change through setting and change through the photos. both ways also fail to load up the new wallpaper. tried to reset all the settings also cannot. the previous wallpaper just seems to stuck there. previously i could change whenever i wanted but suddenly cannot.

SSH into your iphone with your normal program that you use or use PhoneView/DiskAid or etc.
Navigate to /private/var/mobile/library and delete the file named "LockBackground.jpg". Delete the file.
Then goto Settings>General>Wallpaper and select your desired wallpaper.
The alternate way is to install mobilefinder from installer.app. Then navigate to library , then scroll down to lockbackground.jpg and delete it.
