depending on your salary, your loan amount, can you afford to pay if BLR increase (it will increase) and after paying your housing loan, do you have extra money for your daily living, savings and etc... important question to think it over before choking yourself with a huge commitment for housing loan wink.gif

It depends on how much you're earning and guess not your age or no. of years working sweat.gif

You can be working 10 years, but still earning RM2000 and no savings or any assets at all, yet plan to buy a RM500k house and request for 90% loan ..
for that i am sure you will be rejected

You can be working for 1 year, stable income, company, job, buying a house that you can afford to pay comfortably every month and you might get approved
