You can be working 10 years, but still earning RM2000 and no savings or any assets at all, yet plan to buy a RM500k house and request for 90% loan .. for that i am sure you will be rejected You can be working for 1 year, stable income, company, job, buying a house that you can afford to pay comfortably every month and you might get approved |
