How to install games on iphone?, Please HELP!!!

Let's say, I want to install Tribal game in iphone. I found it on www.appleiphoneschool.com/games and when i clicked on Tribal source , it brought me to this page => http://www.appleiphoneschool.com/sources/Now what should I do with this source thing? Where should I click now?nHow do I download this game on my computer? Do I need to install any other software to download this game on computer? How to install this game on iphone from computer?? or Do I need to download this game directly on iphone? How?? I'm sorry guys but I really don't have any clues. Please guide me on this. You can download the game directly from your iPhone through Wifi connection or Edge actually, but before that your iPhone must be a Jailbreak iPhone with the "Installer" application in your Springboard. Click on the Installer icon and choose the "install", scroll for games folder and choose your preferable "games", press the install button to install. Once completed installation, exit the "Installer" app and your springboard will respring, next you'll found your game at the springboard.

Well, if the desired apps not shown even from all packages, you might wanna add source manually... so, thats what this source thing all about... to add source, go to installer, source (bottom tray), edit (upper right), add (upper left) and there u go....
