With your utmost respect, I just come here and spamenjoy myself while trying myself cracking up not-so-lame-but-humorous jokes.

But yeah I shall agree that from my POV that Ruby's way is a bit weird, but she's getting good results and she's natural with it. You're doing better than most of others will perform.

Its hard sometimes to really communicate towards outside people. I understand your point. Since i've been there, i tend to get more outspoken and finally i've learn to try and speak what others want to hear. For example appreciation.
