I received a call from a person from Vector Armada too. The number is 03-40444921. He speaks Malay and can't understand English at all. He told me I was lucky to be selected to apply for this VIP card as only 100 with "chinese names" are selected. Then I asked him how did you get my number and name? He said, he got it from BANK NEGARA. Huh????
