I have created this thread to compile all together the best and worse apps (everything under the sun) to hit the iTunes App Store. This list can be compile through the experience from you guys (when the time comes) and also from the net. However you guys should look at the Gizmodo webpage showing the reviews of all interesting apps.
iPhone App Review Marathon by Gizmodo
The List
Best Apps
1. Tomatoes - search for movie reviews.
2. Aurora Feint the Beginning - Cool game. Love it despite crashing on me a number of times.
3. Weatherbug - Need it for work, and it is great!
4. Remote - controlling my Macs AND AppleTV from my iPhone is a stroke of genius!
5. Scrabble - state-of-the-art, beautiful game that will never grow old. Shake your iPhone to toss the tiles around!
6. Critter Crunch - Looks can be very deceiving. Very nice hand-drawn quality
7. Super Monkey Ball - The other must-have App, to show others the graphical capabilities of the iPhone.
8 . Loopt - Once this takes off, it will show its great potential. Connect all the time with your buddies and see what they are up to, on the fly!
Worse Apps
1. Flashlight - $0.99 for a light? There are several free ones.
2. BMI - Seems more like a tech demo than anything. A bit fiddly too.
