at their stand, they did not make any mistake.its just a tactic to "cover" the hole.most they said advertisement error.no need bear responbility mah.but to be appropriate.they should make the things clear to customer.subscribe or not stil up to them to decide

QUOTE(WyjSwmW @ Jul 25 2008, 12:21 AM) 365 plan? What a crap plan... Compare with Singapore plan will show Maxis like a noob plan. pakai otak lar.y not u compare US with sg?thailand with england?duh Last week,I juz sign up for Singtel Plan in Singapore. I juz need to pay $268 to get a N82 and for the 1st 6 mths, i juz need to pay $5.35 to enjoy 1st 100 mins of free calls and 500 of free sms... After 6 mths, it will be $25.35 for 1st 100 mins of free calls and 500 of free sms... So good compare to this noob Maxis plan asking ppl to pay RM33 somemore to enjoy 365 validity period.. #david83-thx for the detail explanation.fully understood now! |

QUOTE(aeiou228 @ Jul 25 2008, 12:58 PM) Er... sometimes it is nothing wrong to give a comparison between country to country. By knowing what are the mobile packages out side of Malaysia, the consumers can always put forwards complaints by quoting examples from neighbouring countries to MCMC and MCMC will then put pressure to local telcos. I think one good example was the recent directive from MCMC to ask telcos to introduce long validity prepaid packages as Thailand and Singapore already have similar packages since 2007. yes u r rite.i not disagree with making comparison.but he bring in with a bit flaming |

QUOTE(chuafc2006 @ Jul 25 2008, 02:39 PM) yes you're right. But their explanation is rather too direct ... LOL!!!!lol...cant you think a better name?each to fulfil my diferent style of usage.u left out happy! indirect is better... although it will trigger a lot of dissatisfaction but well, there's the marketing plan, it's either use it or kena flame. er... not RM180... it means. topup a minimum of RM30 in the first six month . Not every month topup RM30. for me... why dun all convert to postpaid... charge like TM homeline, every minute RM0.30 sen. One rate for whole nation, as well as other m-sp. Maxis-Hotlink-Digi-Celcom-Xpax-Umobile join venture. become 'MaHoDiCelXU communications'. |

QUOTE(aeiou228 @ Aug 4 2008, 03:27 PM) Looks like Celcom still taking its own sweet time. From no.1 telco dropped to no.2 now and with this kind of slowness in market competition, i m not surprise it will drop to no.3. its like that.whose know?sudenly they announce something,n jump back to the 1st place? |
