Not in NZ. No-contract iPhones are available at launch there. The added bonus is, it's also unlocked for all carriers.

Indeed, even the Terminal 2 is much better than the KLIA, what more the Terminal 3.

I was lucky enough to be one of the earliest to visit Terminal 3 earlier this year, compare to Terminal 2, still not that many restaurants though but sufficient. I love the Apple store over there
