When they do this, they usually want to see how well you can portray yourself. You have to make a normally negative trait, a positive thing.

For example:
"One of my weaknesses is that I'm a lazy person. I will always find a way to make a process more efficient so I can spend less time working on it"

Unless you're doing modelling, shy is not a weakness you want to be known. If you gave me your answer like this, I'll have a negative view on you. It shows that you're not flexible in working (concentrating on admin tasks) and that you're shy, probably lacking confidence as well.

Some negative points are hard to twist, so don't use those. List down all possible negative points you can think about yourself (or ask ur closest friends to help), then pick those that you can spin to make it positive.

I give you another example:
"I tend to procrastinate, I feel more motivated when I'm under pressure to complete a task".

Procrastination is normally a bad thing, but here I twisted it to make it a good thing. To show that even if I procrastinate, my task is finished and that i can work under pressure.
