I read from top to down and still dont know what the program does.

it just tells u da state, country n city of ur caller's registered num...
n btw, malaysia is not in da list rite?

Hmm..btw i just uninstall the apps..

No offence, but this is an useless app..
Tried for 1 minute and then removed it..

Might aswell get some Appstore stuff than pay for this..

at first it doesnt work on my iphone,later i tried to remove and reinstall it ,now it works fine

no,the information of the numbers are all collected and stored in the database,which you just need to download from cydia.

MCallShow Database supported country

After MCallShow has been installed, you must setup the "local country" before you can use it.
At the present, those countries are supported (more countries will be added):
