im here to warn all my fellow forumer not to buy 3G iphone from the guy from Mudah.com as a thread shown in here recently

smsd him and told him intrested to buy many unit from him, and he quote me a good price which is RM3400 per unit, amazing price.

he even told me if after 1 week he can sell RM3200 to me per unit

when i ask him.....

can COD kah?im in KL

he said cant he's in kuching...ok fine

and i ask can i ask someone face to face trade with him in Kuching ah?

he said cant also...full payment must be made in order to PRE-Order for me , he even mentioned many people want to buy from him la...bla bla...

I have 5 units iphone 3G with 16GB. This unit just come from USA. No contract and no lock, you just insert your card and can be run. Be hurry, i sold out another 15 units within 2 days. Now last 5 units. All white color.

( He mentioned he sold 15 units and last 5 unit available at start, then when i ask to COD he said full payment la , Pre-order la....

so clearly he is lying...

as a seller myself for many years.... i warn u guys not to buy from him... im asking u guys to judge by yourself and im advising u guys based on my experiences through years of online trading

here's the calculation:

he mentioned he can sell RM3200


After termination of contract and bla bla bla iphone actually cost around minimum USD850 which is around RM2805. and postage around RM100, insurance RM50 , Kastam RM250(duit Kopi) etc....total up is RM3200( which he claim can sell me RM3200...his profit is ZERO)

he also keep mention full payment first. as far i know serious seller just require deposit , and he claim his iphone is UNLOCKED......as far i know dev team not yet launch for iphone 2.0 unlock...so i think he's better than dev team

Just don't simply call people a liar or a conman, I can sue you. Although I'm from Sarawak it doesn't mean that we like to cheat. I just happen to know that guy coz I bought the 1st gen iphone from him (read first before you simply make accusation). The deal was fine, no issue. I am also a gadget lover and do have the penchant to upgrade and change my phones whenever I like. Just don't simply start a thread calling people a conman or what. If you wanna know more about me take it offline, via PM. Do not badmouth me in a common forum. I'm a regular on Lowyat, Lelong and MyPdacafe and I used my real phone numbers in my deals, so be careful of your accusation. Mod pls take action.

You accused me by saying I'm the brother of the guy who sell the 3g iphone. BTW, I know that guy, he is a seller as well, I deal with him, so far so good. I'm not sure whether he delivers the 3g iphone as he stated in his webpage but from previous experience with him, I'm ok.
What I don not like is you create a thread saying things that you have no evidence or proof and simply accuse people. That is not a way to warn other forummers, it is simply a way of getting attention to your thread. You can warn people but not by simply pointing fingers saying A or B is a conman unless you have proof or evidence.

Calm down people, and to the accuser, give the benefit of doubt lah. Innocent till proven guilty. Even if the reluctance and the general conduct of that seller seemed suspicious, a simple COD with him can prove his truthfulness.

I'm not emo, but this guy simply accused people and dragging me into it. Come on, don't just simply get attention by saying ppl like this like that, check facts properly. If in doubt, call me, my hp no is there. Still if you feeel like cross checking me, check with other forumers as well who have been in contact via PM or SMS with me, such as Laskarcinta. This is one reason why I hate participating in forums where some ppl who simply do not belong to these places, no respect at all for others.

Both side have points, the seller has suspicious selling conduct, but the accuser also should not drag innocent people into the whole mess.

Now you're being sarcastic. As per my earlier post I mentioned that I only bought the 1st gen iphone from him and the deal was ok that time last February for the 8gb 1st gen iphone. I never mentioned anything about buying a 3g iphone from him.

that place is still new... and free to advertise.. so conman have a new spot to set up traps and baits as not all people are LYNs... and non of them aware of the danger of cheap iphone as most of them still thinking... USD199 iphone 3g mah...

Hope some of my idiot friend wont get in the trap..USD199 is always in their mind..
