It should be good, i missed that one so i went for rapidfire cs18. I don't really bother the range, if i wanted more firepower, i could buy modded tools online. Only bought nerf when my boy wanted for christmas.

I painted my gun , it looks more sci fi military, nice.

I guess nerf lost its popularity. Anyway, just replied for update. Painting ruined by a faulty old aerosol spray paint i bought from ace hardware, their paints probably been on the rack for many years without buyers. I ran out of metal black and used krylon desert brown and khaki spray paints instead to repaint the ruined metal black. It's in desert colour now. Even these high quality paints are expired that they painted rough.

You can do it too, it's cs18. If you want simple, just spray flat black colour like standard m16a4 stock colour. If you have lots of time and patience, you can use masking tape to come up with different colour scheme.
