I got some news about the price hike, not sure its true or not, but its supposed to be that batch only for the price hike. So we'll have to wait it out I guess? Not confirmed la, more like a rumour.

Better be true... Collecting lots of toys isn't easy for the wallet (Transformers, Gundam and Nerf?!) Luckily I kinda dropped out on HotWheels and Star Wars....

Also wanna ask, what do you guys think of NERF? Do you guys think its more beneficial (in many ways such as health, money, etc. and whatnot) than other hobbies like collecting toys? I think its more beneficial as you actually run around lol.

Not to be rude, but I think the last thing any of us here wants is someone coming in and saying "BB/Airsoft is better" etc. kind of reaction. I've noticed a lot of people from the internet (not from here) who go to NERF Forums and saying that same thing. This seriously irritates me.

If you do prefer BBs then you need not come here to inform us NERFers that BB is superior(which is true). I don't go into BB/Airsoft forums and telling them how dangerous it is and we should stick to NERF.
BB/Airsoft is dangerous and is very well know that its illegal to have one in Malaysia. They also cost a bomb.

Most NERFers prefer NERF products because they are cheaper, safer and gives us the thing we all guys want; to have these guns etc. without getting into trouble.

Those are just my thoughts.

Are you using the Longshot or the Recon ? The CS-6 is not the model number for the gun but the CS represents Clip System/Shot which is what the blaster uses. The 6 means the number of darts per clip.

I haven't had any problems with the Recon about the darts, but my Longshot keeps squashing the top of my streamline darts, I don't know why though, maybe the plastic tab that keeps the bullets down is too low? I can't say.

About the clips, don't store your darts in the clip. When not in play store the darts in another place such as a simple plastic bag. The clips do squash the darts on the long run.

The rapidfire 20 is a TRU exclusive. Its out in the Singapore and selling like hot cakes. Should be here soon, its similar to the Magstrike, except bigger and fires 20 darts in rapid succession ?

I prefer the Magstrike, cooler and more awesome. lol

They've been out since last month. The tactical light is a fun gadget and the scope don't work. Just for show.

Oh yeah, just to let all you guys know, Krylon Fusion Plastic is the safest and guarenteed safe on plastic paint. Like what ganaz said, no priming required. But it costs at least RM25 and above or something. But damn nice.

Magstrike available already? The dart tag version ??? How much is it ?

Do the N-Strike Magstrikes come with extra clip and tags? I am planning to play Dart Tags with a friend since its the best and easiest to understand in rules.

I might wanna buy the Iron Man one to try it out... Where can I still get it at the moment ?

The N-Strike Magstrike only comes with one clip! The dart tag version has two clips!!!

I opened up my Recon the other day to cut the part off to fit Micro darts (it didn't work properly anyway, not as long as the Longshot).
Today I fired some streamlines at my friend and it was very weak. Sometimes its very strong and sometimes its weak. I dunno why.

Same case with my Maverick. I opened it up to try AR Removal (which didn't work again) so I put the ARs back in. Now it shoots quite weakly as well... Sometimes it gives a good strong blast, sometimes.

I am not going to mess opening with the blasters anymore. I am never opening another blaster, to paint even. Gonna get another Recon and several more Mavericks...

Yeah, before I closed everything. I made sure everything was in place and no foreign things left in. Oh well... A sign to buy more Recons and Mavericks... lol

Magstrike, I am waiting for the Dart Tag version. thats more worth it than the upcoming N-STrike version. The N-Strike version should be much more cheaper seeing as it lacks an extra clip + 10 darts, vest and glasses.

30 dart refills are really scarce in Malaysia, I remember seeing a whole row of them in Singapore. The rack was just full of 30 dart packs. No kidding.

Added on April 19, 2009, 3:34 pmTried playing with my Recon today again... The darts are getting crushed in the gun now ever since I removed the long plastic holding it down.

I removed it to try Micros, it works sometimes. But damn weak now.

Gonna spray paint my Recon, and I am not doing any opening of guns anymore as I can't ever get them to work. I love stock and will stick to stock guns.
