try milk dude.
20 rep squat is also called squat and milk program.
i have been takin 3 litres of milk evyday. juz started two days ago.
relli hopin it will increase my size.

my diet consistss of 2 litre of milk at least.
the workout almost like urs except its the original rippotoe program.
