Single Leg Calve Raise with Bulg Bag 1x6
Push up Mania-5 reps each Clapping Push up Planche Push up Front Push up Diamond Push up Wide Push Up
Rope Skipping 100 reps Bulgarian Bag Skipping 100 reps -Calves and ankle was burning after this Dips x 8 reps
