gecube hd3850 overclockable?

i cant overclock this gecube hd3850 256mb using CCC. at the ATI overdrive it stated GPU 669 - 669, Memory clock 829 - 829. i cant move the slider anywhere. can i overclock this card or gecube dun allow me to overclock it. thanks
