The MNP will not kick off anytime soon.
Both MCMC and the telcos 'forced' to contribute to MNP have not yet iron out major issues.
The lawyers of the telcos are not happy that the company that that will be deploying the MNP is a RM2 company, and its many other information about the MNP are not transparent to the telcos.

MNP was to initially planned to be test run back in May, this is already August.
