Not in my case, I called MBB's customer service and ask them regarding a triple charged golf game at KLGCC, the tone of the CS is rude and not helpful at all. He ask me to call up KLGCC and settle with them instead. WTF! I have no such problem with other banks, usually they will just send a fax to the merchant and ask them to verify the double charged and do a reversal, that's all. And I was their Platinum card holder. I ditch MBB card after that incident.okie, back to credit card topic...
