Luckily for my company, pay slips are available online. We can retrieve it within the 1 year archive period.

Those forms with paid stamp from banks looks flimsy and easily mistaken for pamphlets. Is it safe enough to throw it in a postbox? With CC info on it? hmm.

There is a chance of losing it in the mail; most people find it common to lose letters when mailing out through normal post. Your other alternative is to personally drop the application forms to the bank OR fax it through
