Once U've paid I don't think the bank will entertain anymore requests for waiver. Plus U have no more grounds/advantage to make any arguments with them.

I'm quite sceptical about U being able to get ur CC within the stipulated time frame U mentioned. Perhaps U need to get ur office to help pull strings with the bank in order to get ur application approved and physical card sent to you before u leave.

Makes no difference which card U use.. Just make sure U dn't over spend !

I'm quite sure there is a formula the banks follow at the beginning. After that?! Well, I guess it is v much dependent on various factors *shrugs*

If U didn't get any letter with ur card, that means just use it. Make sure U sign at the back of the card though.

Assuming you're paying at the pump, U will have to insert ur Bonuslink Card before your CC. If ur paying at the counter, just give them both ur BonusLink card and ur CC

Now that's surprising. A travel agency's supposed to have billed RM8k to my Amex CC but till now I haven't received any call from the bank! In fact, the last I checked, my online statement hasn't reflected this RM8k - travel agency is v sure it's been billed. Ah well.. dunnolah *shrugs* If don't bill then don't bill lor !

Yes as long as the signature looks somewhat alike it should be ok.

Am surprised U get a combined limit on ur Amex + Visa MBB. Unless the limit is v high, don't U think u should complain and make noise esp since U have to pay RM800 for the card.
