U lazy bum! The banks U listed have several different cards - to know the exact requirement, just get onto their websites and browse through the different cards U want.

First, U should stop calling urself a n00b. You're 21 and it's time U took some initiative to look for information.

Besides the usual Classic/Gold/Platinum card there are also co-branded cards. There are just too many to mention here.

The most basic requirement before U can apply for a CC is that U need to be >21 years old. Income requirement at the v most basic is RM24k p/annum. Different cards from different banks have different criterias so U still need to go through the many different websites.

How many cards did U receive from DA? Combined CL usually refers to the principle card + supplementary cards. You normally will get 2 separate CLs if the bank gave U a Visa & a MasterCard

I thought someone mentioned MBB's giving a 1 year waiver on annual fees for the Amex cards. The other cards get 3 years.

oOh! U signed up for Amex too?! *damn* And.. just to check; did U haf to 'enrol' for Turbo points?! I read on their website that Turbo points was till March 2008; we're definitely way past that date now.

I believe the Zing Card is a Debit Card so obviously U start off with RM0!!

I'm glad MBB didn't send me more than what I applied for - it'll go straight into the bin though

The banks will NOT approve ur application before Thursday - U need to be full 21 years old before the bank can issue U a CC (as principal holder). There is NO possible way for U to be able to obtain a physical CC by ur birthday.

Max charges for parking @ MV during the weekends is RM9 not RM7. If U haf intentions of getting a MBB CC and happen to be at the TreatFair, no harm putting in ur application.

Y do U say ur addicted to CCs? It's usually not a good sign U know.

I don't think those whose salary is below RM2k will and can qualify for a Gold card.

The MBB Petronas CC gives 5x reward points for Petronas - the promotion's been apparently extended till Dec 08.

I'm a V new member with MBB CCs hence have not accumulated sufficient TPs. In fact, I'm so new I haven't even received my 1st statement/bill from MBB

Get ur brother to fax a copy to U. Or, perhaps U could ask ur Finance dept to give U a photocopy? Tell them U need it for CC application

No harm askinig the Customer Service Executive if U can send the pay slip through fax on Mon - and make sure U tell them U want the application to be processed this weekend; just tell them straight in the face U just want the travel bag - is it v nice?! What bag is it?! *grins*
