what are the conditions for one to upgrade from visa classic to platinum ?

Mine cimb i apply visa, but they give me mastercard

normally they will give u both.. but maybe they r promoting master @ that time.

I remember u have new design of UOB Preferred Platinum card... how come the images shown was the old type?

actually that preferred platinum is my supp card ... gave it to someone that i really love...as a birthday present...
i can change my visa or master to prefered any time, but still prefer old design.more shiny...and the "platinum" wording is bigger...lol




will call-up and change when i'm bored with the current design....



p/s: no, i don't bring all all them out @ the same time... only bring 4-5 cards at a time...

Not sure if its covered before but have you faced any charges for card replacements?

Now a days credit cards are replaced approximately 3-5 years and the sometimes break from wear and tear. If you need a replacement before that Banks normally charge you RM50.00. Is this waivable?

on the left is my maxis iphone... rosak.. notice that no signal @ all? no wifi,no sound no nothing! even the time is incorrect!!!:sad:

If the card is not useable U can alwiz request for a new card to be sent to U - it shouldn't be charged
