it's not the matter of rich or not laa.. RM 800 is quite alot if for paying annual fee of CC .. Just like paying a teh o ais limau for RM 50 ..
But if fully utilize the card benefit and also the prestige card , perhaps like terapox say it is worth it... but they combined my CL with my current MBB visa and totally unacceptable lor...

I didn't know that they can actually combine ur CL...

So the Amex platinum credit card annual fee is RM800? That's relatively cheap.

The Amex platinum charge card annual fee is RM2450!!! And no, I don't have one I'm happy enough with my fee free Amex gold

1) can i actually view/check my account online ? just like maybank2u like that
if yes, can I know how to do that .

2) what's the purpose of the PIN for credit card ATM ? what for we need to use credit card in atm .. kinda blur

3) how do you guys normally make payment ? cash deposit or online transfer ? like I dont have saving in CIMB, so if i use GIRO transfer from maybank to CIMB will be charge rm2 right ?

4) is it safe to give credit card number for online thing ? will they going to abuse my card ?

I think thats all my question for now ... need to understand more about credit card world lol

2) to activate ur online account via ATM .... and... of coz.. incase u need to do a cash advance..(touch wood)...just withdraw from the ATM

3)cash @ cash deposit machines, cheque @ cheque deposit machines... CIMB is everywhere... shouldn't be a problem...

4)i tried online transaction alot of times... so far still safe( touch wood)

amex gold is free lo, can call in to get it waived. Same like Master and Visa procedure. Terapox ah, i still prefer free card. Lol

I oso prefer free cards... I am a PROUD owner of more than 10 free CC (mostly call in waiver)

but im still willing to pay AMEX 800 bucks for all the benefits

how about UOB One card?
if i cancel the card, will i be charged any penalty?
