Got difference or not between the two options? I mean, does Jupiter charge differently?
I checked the 'Normal Order' function, but there do not have the 'Good Till Date' option.
But the 'Normal Order - Odd Lots' got..

My account with Jupiter is already inactive.
Too bad didn't pay attention on the inactive date (they didn;t put exact date like this before). They just mention month.

You need to make 3 contract in a month; buying or selling to consider active.
Or else, they will deduct RM20 per month until not enough balance, then you will not able to log in into the account anymore.
That is what I experience, that 2015

Feel free to correct me  smile.gif

i think they are the only brokerage doing this to their customer

What in the world???? RM20/month just to keep account active, this is insane! Anyways, for inactive accounts, to activate is to pay RM20 only...... only RM20/month until the date it is re-activated?

to reactivate after 1 year,

is either,

A: pay RM20, or
B: pay RM20 * 12month = RM240?

They did send the same email to me.
I call back and screw them.

They are already collecting RM1/month to let you see 5 Queue depth while others like Maybank is giving it for free.

Now they are charging RM20/month for what?
Access to Excel Force market info?

I iell them what i will do is i will do a buy and sell transaction for same counter.
that's it.
if they still prefer to classified as inactive, i will close my account with immediate effect.

The manager called back and say they would classify account as active again when there is a buy and sell transaction

I sent them e-mail seeking clarifications, but not clear. Says can keep inactive indefinitely, but if need to do txn, then have to call them to activate account, and they will charge RM20 for that month. no mention whether they will charge back-dated or not. and for amounts in Trust account, dunno they will keep intact or deduct RM20 until it dries up. Understand it now. So if account is set inactive... Then...

If <3 transaction made in a particular month: then have to pay RM20 for that month
If 3 and more, then account is re-activated for 6months. But dunno whether kena charge for that initial month onot.

This company simply make new rules, but details not clear. apa laa

Think I am effing done with Jupiter! They de-activate my account, and earlier today sent them money so that it could be re-activated and to replenish my trading account..... but the email bounced back because their mailbox exceeded its limit!! Blardy hell. Oso dunno why need to inform them about remittance, when they can check it themselves based on the transaction made via M2U! And even if I have sent them the receipt, they would also do the sighting in their account.... and it matches the online transaction I made, kan?
