Just want to share with you guys...The current boss of Malacca Securities in Subang Jaya is a former Executive Director in Jupiter securities....He is the one who started Jupiter Online...it is his project since 2009 ( if i not mistaken ).The customer services in malacca securities is also former jupiter securities staff ( not all of them ) and some other staff from other department as well.

Facts :

They are 2 main IT vendor for online trading system :

1 ) ExcelForce ( which Jupiter ,HLB ,Public Bank ) : This system is using activeX,which the main reason the trading portal only can be used in Internet Explorer

2 ) N2N ( use by CIMB ,if i not mistaken ) :The trading portal using JAVA.Can be use in almost any browser.

And other things , for me ,JAVA is more reliable

If you use activeX ,your internet explorer must be in top form...ie:deleting your cookies ,browsing history etc....if i not mistaken ,the provide you with 2 choice of connections ( Real time mode & Https mode )....if one of the mode not working,try change to other mode...if not,call customer service and hantam them..ask them to do backdoor trading..it can be done...because their system flaws...and you`re their customer...customer always right..
