M+ Online main online support team is located at SS2 branch, and their servies is super awesome and professional.

Last week, i went to their office to open an account, staff there are very patient to teach me how to use d platform.
The new platform really advance and powerful. Honestly speaking i'm very like their fundamental tool, especially the stock screener as
it able to scan whole market to look for better dividend yield stock.

Just call to their hotline for further information. Is no harm to have a try there, maybe u will like their platform.

Just want to share with you guys...The current boss of Malacca Securities in Subang Jaya is a former Executive Director in Jupiter securities....He is the one who started Jupiter Online...it is his project since 2009 ( if i not mistaken ).The customer services in malacca securities is also former jupiter securities staff ( not all of them ) and some other staff from other department as well.

Facts :

They are 2 main IT vendor for online trading system :

1 ) ExcelForce ( which Jupiter ,HLB ,Public Bank ) : This system is using activeX,which the main reason the trading portal only can be used in Internet Explorer

2 ) N2N ( use by CIMB ,if i not mistaken ) :The trading portal using JAVA.Can be use in almost any browser.

And other things , for me ,JAVA is more reliable

I have use malacca securities , the platform is like sucks , not that stable .Like yesterday , my order only send to bursa 10.30 am , pending there since 8.30 am . I loss my chance to sell at high price , becoz the counter that i want to sell is bullish in the morning . They said system problem. But I enter my Jupiter platform is ok . Both also use excel force .

If you use activeX ,your internet explorer must be in top form...ie:deleting your cookies ,browsing history etc....if i not mistaken ,the provide you with 2 choice of connections ( Real time mode & Https mode )....if one of the mode not working,try change to other mode...if not,call customer service and hantam them..ask them to do backdoor trading..it can be done...because their system flaws...and you`re their customer...customer always right..

The registration for eDividend is currently free but any registration from 19 April 2013 onwards will incur a fee of RM10 charged by Bursa Malaysia.

Jupiter Online new platform really suck. It cannot be customized! Why change something when it is not broken. I've used Jupiter for nearly 2 years already. One more thing, why Jupiter charge me 0.42% min RM12 when I use my direct account? I had about 10 counters as collateral. Jupiter website stated only 0.3% min RM12. All the time I used my nominee account cash upfront which Jupiter charge me 0.1% or min RM10. Thinking of migrating to Malacca Securities. Any office in Penang?

Move your mouse over to Internet Explorer under the "Start" bar, right-click and select "Run as administrator", otherwise u cannot customise the columns appearing on your trading screen. It has always been like that i.e. u cannot customise if u open IE normally.
