I start to don't understand what u wanna ask...can u tell in more detail?

Margin account means u buying shares using borrowed money...

If u talking about TRADING LIMIT and Trust Account, 'trading limit' is the max value of shares that u are currently allowed to buy, 'trust account' is the actual amount of money currently in your trust account.

Point us to the site. Maybe we have missed it.

I have traded several times now and I have never came across this information.

Dear Shinchan326, there's difference between the trading margin amount and the trust account amount because certain %
from the trust account had been earmarked for the brokerage fee, contract stamps and other fees. Imagine if you have 50k
in your trust account, and then you trade exactly 50k, where do they deduct the fees for brokerage and etc....? That's the point
for cash upfront account. That's why the trading limit is lower than the total amount in trust account. Nevertheless, you should
not be worried because your total $ is still based on your trust account amount if you need to make full withdrawal.

Contact Jupiter Help Desk or your designated remisier to inform them on the bank-in info (amount, date, which bank you bank in, etc), wait for them to update your Trust Account balance, then only you can trade.

On the trading procedure, the is a 'User Guide' section on the left panel of the main page, go read them.

On how to use Jupiter tools, I suggest u guys to attend their monthly free seminar. Or if u cant wait, u can call their helpline.

Jupiter's tools are similar to all online brokerage tools out there. For a total beginner, I would highly recommend to postpone ur trading until u're 100% sure on how to use the tools.
We dont to hear somebody mistakenly click something that can jeopardize ur funds.

A proper manual with a video tutorial would be nice for beginners, specially seasoned players. Hope they read this thread.

Hmm... at the main page, look for "Jupiter Announcement". Wait for the animation to scroll up. Once u see the "seminar" thing, click on it.
This is based on what I remember.

I cant browse the website now as my office lappy got problem with flash etc. Might just reformat this lappy.

Cant help much.

Something wrong with your IE.

Try to borrow someones laptop and plug to your connection..
See if its ok. If ok, I would just suggest you do a reformat.

I'm having problem in accessing the website thru my office's laptop. Tried to update the IE. Even remove and reinstall it back. Still the same problem. Planning to send it to our vendor. Probably reformat.

Added on March 30, 2010, 6:35 pmAnd I dont think its our firewall. Bcoz I can use the company's pc to open Jupiter. Anyhow, its not really a problem for me as I'm not a day-trader.
And I have Jupiter mobile incase I want to buy or sell.

Means u download it and install it on your mobile.
To get their LIVE feed, u need GPRS, EDGE, 3G or 3.5G to connect.
