Advantage of high density condo? Usually translates to lower maintenance fees as the costs of maintaining the facilities (like swimming pool, security, etc.) can be shared among a greater number of people.

For low density condo, well, if there is a problem in collecting maintenance fees, there is a greater risk of not being able to cover the cost of maintenance.

Generally speaking, if all things being equal, most people would prefer a low density condo over a high density one.
