First start installer, tap SOURCES, tap EDIT (top right), tap ADD, enter http://app.weiphone.com/installer, tap OK. By do these step, you have installed the link.Tap INSTALL and you will see "Weiphone" and "Weiphone-dict" under categories. Have fun.
