i just install a software.. after finish installation iv go to that application to open it..... suddently i phone got stuck for 10 minutes... i switch it off and try to back on ... but suddently this appears "phone start-up failed.contact the retailer"this phone is UK set

the phone blinking and doesnt appear anything about the details
