QUOTE(zephyryu @ Oct 8 2008, 05:07 PM) what version of firmware is your innov8 right now? Software version is I8510DJHI1, custom version is I8510L15FmgHI1. Both of them are of 01/09/2008. Haven't try to snap photo with the front cam. but it seems like there are not option for me to choose the front cam. though. Guys, i've manage to dig up some photo posted by other users, take a look over here:- http://forums.data.bg/viewtopic.php?t=1538846&start=460This post has been edited by chtan: Oct 9 2008, 11:47 AM

Olympic idol... 3PO and R2D2 My son's light sword Added on October 10, 2008, 11:22 amQUOTE(Shinichi @ Oct 9 2008, 11:05 PM) Oh, seems there's something that Innov8 don't have compare to N95 which I own... 1. no screen clock screensaver 2. frontal cam not usable The future firmware release will definitely improve on this. I've saw the widget demo on this device, its awesome. This post has been edited by chtan: Oct 10 2008, 11:49 AM

QUOTE(dgtel2 @ Oct 14 2008, 01:20 PM) therefore, I'm guessing the SMS tone will continue to ring even after we hv opened the message. No, it doesn't. The instant you touch the unlock button, the sms ring tone stop.

I'm a extreme light user, 1~2 calls/sms per day, 3~4 photos per day. It can last for 3+days for me. Your mileage could be different if you are a heavy user. By the way, don't be fool by the battery indicator cause the first few step can go down very fast, but once drop to middle, it can stays there for quite a long period. Here is another shot i took yesterday on the way home... This post has been edited by chtan: Oct 16 2008, 04:39 PM

The SE C905 review is up on mobile-review. Seem like Innov8 out perform C905 in every front, including the built quality. Still waiting for another round of photo shoot out though. http://www.mobile-review.com/review/sonyer...n-c905-en.shtml

QUOTE(Torniquet @ Mar 8 2009, 04:09 AM) even after installing garmin my hp still no gps signal man. how ar? You have to be outside in the open area in order for to receive satellite signal. Just go side and run GarminXT, wait for bout 1~2min (depends on signal quality) and it will connect in no time. Thinking to trade-in my for OmniaHD a.k.a i8910 once it release. Basically it is i8510 in touch screen and with HD quality video

Ya, right the latest 5.0.30 has an option which you can turn off the background monitoring process. With this option off, battery life is no longer an issue.
Hum...when is the latest OmniaHD going to launch? I can imagine that with touch screen, GarminXT should be even better.

QUOTE(christcwl9 @ May 4 2009, 12:37 PM) yea...my uncle currently using it...he said in overall the phone is good but juz sometimes will hang when open too many apps at once... My previous ex-nokia symbian die on me as well when open too many app. together. Been using this for almost 8 months+ already, no serious hang or problem at all. Now waiting to change to LG Arena cause like its interface. Will be missing the 8MP camera but better control . Most likely will change back to i8910 in year end.
